Lawn Maintenance

Included with your lawn maintenance is Mowing, String Trimming, Edging (if chosen), & blowing clippings off hard surfaces of property each visit. Additional charges may apply if lawn is overgrown as determined by an estimator of our company. Please make sure your lawn is picked up before the scheduled service day. We cannot be responsible for children's toys, dog toys, garden tools, garden hoses, or any obstacles that may be hidden in the grass.

Payment Terms

Payments are due within 14 days of invoicing. All unpain balances after 14 days will be subject to a 15% late fee.

** A Credit/Debit card on file through our secure payment system is the best way to avoid any late fees. The card will be charged Per Service upon arrival of service or Monthly upon arrival of the last service of the month whichever is agreed upon..

Declined Cards or Bounced Checks

Any declined cards or bounced checks will be subject to a $30 fee in addition to covering any fees associated with the account.

Cancellation of Recurring Services

A request for cancellation of service is preferred to be at least 7 days prior to the next service date. Due to scheduling complications, you may not cancel your recurring service on the same day which your property is scheduled for service. If you so choose to cancel your recurring service the day of your scheduled service, you will still be charged your service fee for that day.
